About This Item

This revolutionary Floating Sanitizing System takes all the guess work out of managing your Softub Spa® water chemistry. FROG® @ease® combines sanitizing minerals with SmartChlor® Technology to kill bacteria 2 ways. The result is Fresh Mineral Water® that’s silky soft with far fewer odors and the easiest water to maintain because it’s self-regulating. It knows when more sanitizing power is needed and automatically delivers it, putting you @ease.

FROG @ease:

Uses up to 75%* less chlorine by only releasing chlorine when your spa needs it
Self regulates for continuous crystal-clear water
Provides single color match for easy reading – exclusively with FROG @ease Test Strips
Removes the need for constant chemical monitoring
Flips over to alert you when the SmartChlor Cartridge is empty and needs to be replaced
Has been thoroughly tested in house on Softub Spas and will not cause any damage when used properly

*Compared to the minimum ANSI recommended bromine or chlorine level of 2.0 ppm for a hot tub

Included in every FROG @ease box:

    1 blue Mineral Cartridge
    1 silver SmartChlor Cartridge
1 30 count bottle of FROG @ease Test Strips
    1 single-use packet of Jump Start®

The blue Mineral Cartridge lasts approximately 4 months while the SmartChlor Cartridge lasts approximately 3-4 weeks. Replacement time will differ based on spa bather load and frequency of spa use. Simple Care recommends purchasing the FROG @ease 4 Month Supply Bundle to ensure you have everything you need for 4 months of @ease products and crystal-clear water.

Disclaimer: It is very common for well water to be high in metal content, especially iron, and for the calcium hardness levels to be very high when starting.  When left unbalanced or untreated, it is hard for @ease to perform successfully if metals are present and/or calcium hardness are high.  Not only that, but high metal and hardness levels can cause issues with spa equipment and filtration over time.  For that reason, when customers are on a well, it is important that they test and treat their water for metals using a metal sequestrant before getting started with @ease.  Many customers also find success in reducing their starting hardness level by using a hose filter when filling their tub.
